Mr. Shay Brosh –  Founding Partner

Mr. Brosh has 5 decades of experience in naval management. A brigadier general in the Israeli Navy, Senior positions and a leading expert in the field of naval security, vast experience in offshore activities, and manager of fish farms. Mr. Brosh founded in 2009 Sea Control Holdings, a company which specializes and provides senior consulting in maritime security and offshore transfer of inland infrastructure.

Mr. Tamir Hemed – Commercial Manager

Mr. Hemed was the Commercial Manager of GlobaLinks Group, overseeing commercial issues, including integration of the organizational efforts, partner companies, and coordinating between all ends. In the last four years Mr. Hemed has been the executive assistant of GlobaLinks Group Managing Partner and he is well experienced in various aspects of the business. Mr. Hemed has substantial project management competence, a thorough understanding and knowledge of international business development. He was managing processes such as budgeting and forecasting, well involved in shaping the business strategy, drafting commercial proposals, contract negotiation, tendering process and other major tactics.
